Traditional tatami style but really clean and comfortable. it’s also very conveniently located, right next to The Central station. the staff are also so nice. and the best part is of course that you get to use the onsen bath. overall, it’s the perfect place to base oneself in if you are exploring Nachi falls

Beautiful Japanise room. We've enjoyed the shared facility, like kitchen and laundry. Communication with owner was perfect: all the instruction available for a late check-out. 10 minuts walking there is a 24h open shop.

We had a great stay at your place. The location was perfect, making it easy to visit everything we wanted. What made our stay extra special was how friendly and helpful the owner was. We really enjoyed our stay. Shingu was really calm and the people in the town where genuinely very kind and wanted to have a chat with you. The hostel was super clean and the hostel owners where extremely nice and helpfull. We used this hostel as the location for a trip to nachi and sightseeing in shingu itself, I would recommend staying for more than one night, we w here glad we did. (Also, the beds where really nice, we slept well)

Beautiful old-style guesthouse right next to Hayatama Taisha. The location is absolutely amazing. Hayatama Taisha is literally steps away from the front door. There are river views from the room and the tatami floor rooms are beautiful.
