Amazing house, pool and garden. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The staff is very nice and service is perfect. The food was beyond expectations and very good. We had a memorable time at Karen Gables and one of the highlight of our trip.

We loved the quiet oasis & calm sanctuary this provided for our first couple of nights in Nairobi. The bird life in the gardens is incredible. The staff were amazing & we were so happy to see the gates open for us when we arrived very late after a long flight. No fuss; just a welcome & straight to bed.

Bernard and his wife, Jane, have created an oasis in Nairobi. They have thought of everything one needs and have done so in style and comfort. Green area, cute landscape, small pond inside home with monkeys on trees- and very nice staff making yummy pan cakes (must try) in breakfast. All 😍 and very neet and clean everywhere. The pet (dog 8 months age) mr Baraka was very loving. He felt when we were checking out and came to say goodby.
