We visited Horton Plains and were looking for a place that felt safe, peaceful, and like home — and Tea Sprig Villa Boralanda was the perfect find! This is one of the newest and safest villas in the area, and from the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. We stayed for 2 nights, and what made this place even more special is that we were their very first guests — what an honor! 🙏 The family running the villa is super friendly, warm, and caring. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and made with so much love. The clean fresh air, hot water, and beautiful surroundings made us feel like we were in heaven. This place is quiet, clean, and perfect for anyone looking to relax and recharge. We’re so grateful for the hospitality and unforgettable experience. We will definitely come again. Awesome owner, so friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. It's quite and good to stay a relaxed night before hiking in Hortons Plain. We also had dinner which was delicious and the owner managed our trip to the national park.

We loved our stay here, the whole place is beautifully designed and has the most stunning views of tea field and mountains. The rooms are modern and spacious, with a large comfortable bed and large bathroom. Full length windows allow you to take in the amazing scenery and there is a balcony to relax on. The restaurant serves delicious Sri Lankan food, we had dinner here and it was incredible. The staff are very friendly and helpful and always smiling. The owner/manager is passionate about hospitality and has created a beautiful hotel with a focus on design and service and incorporates the traditions and lives of local village residents on a stunning portrait gallery in the dining room.
