Great value for the price. Located in a quiet neighborhood, only a 15-minute tuk-tuk ride to the center of Colombo. The host was very friendly and approachable, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The room was clean and tidy. It was marvelous to experience Geoffrey Bawa's eyes and soul through this stay. Extremely relaxing and beautiful, through out the space and breakfast. The housekeeper Rohana was surprisingly impressive in his hospitality and professional at touring Bawa's residence. Definitely will visit again!

The interior of this property is super relaxing complete with table tennis and darts options if you’re wanting to play some games.     Nice big rooms with great hosts and cute puppy dogs. Very clean, quiet, and chilled atmosphere. The welcoming hosts, Sam and Steff, will take care of you extremely well. They cooked for us, we drank some beer together, put an extra bed for my brother in the room and will show you around the city, if you like.
