Truly the best place to stay in Udawalawe. The environment is beautiful, very well maintained and clean, it gives the feeling of being inside the reserve. This property really is paradise! The pool is gorgeous and the gardens are beautiful. The rooms are self contained, large and modern! Lovely balcony looking over the jungle. The main man who looked after us (I cant remember his name but he makes the coffee!) was my favourite host in Sri Lanka so far. He was so helpful, warm and friendly and it was never too much! The coffee he makes is the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka!

The place has two rooms, located behind the family house in a little private heaven. The rooms and the window view are as good as photos show! Rooms, bathroom and verandas super clean. Breakfast is served on an elegant teak wood table, next to the rooms. The fresh mango juice was so good!!! Janith, arrange a safari for us at a very good price. We saw lots of elephants, water buffalo, birds, deer and monkeys. Great experience. Totally recomment it!

I stayed in a tree house for one night and it was such an exciting night. The yard of this place is so beautiful and next to it you will be able to find peacocks from the national park walking around. At night some animals were walking on the rooftop. But it wasn't bothering at all. Food was delicious and the portions really big. I highly recommend to book safari tour here too because, since my breakfast was included into the price, I were able to eat the delicious breakfast at the national park with the most amazing view. The staff is incredibly nice and friendly and the picked me up from the station and brought me to the bus station. I would definitely come here again. Thank you so much for making my stwy so special.

everything was just perfect! if i could i would give rate 20 :-) place is like from a jungle fairytale. green and quiet, perfectly maintained. room is spacious and outer toliet with a pool is unbelievably. everthing designed with great taste and in harmony with nature ♡ lunch and breakfast were very delicious. dasun is great guy, he helped us with everything ;-) he also can organise safari for you. big regards to whole family, i hope we'll come back one day!
