A nice big room with a comfortable bed and views out over the outskirts of the town and onto the tea plantations. There's also a common area with sofa and dining table. Breakfast that was included in the room price was good typical Sri Lankan. I also had an evening meal on both nights which was ok and saved me going into town but wasn't great if I'm honest. Location is around 15 minutes walk to Lovers Leap waterfall. And there's a bus stop a few minutes walk away where buses are every few minutes and cost 35 rupees in to the town centre.

Soo kind people, nice welcome the breakfast❤️‍🩹 was amazing, well made, and fruits from the garden🌼. Especially the juice😍 (soursop?treefruit) they made straight from their own garden was heaven so good.. We walked up from their place to the nine arches, then a beautiful walk to the arches of mountain little Adam we did that to, had super vegan diner in Ella, and walked back. Amazing nice long walk all together. Exactly our 'peace 😃of cake!🌿🌜

Lush in Ella is a brand new venue and a true hidden gem in the middle of the jungle. Yet it is very close to the center of the town. The owner Saman and her husband made us feel very special, especially pampering us with delicious homemade breakfasts. We have rarely experienced such nice and helpful hosts. There is tea or coffee and even homemade snacks on the veranda. the accommodation is beautifully situated in the green, so you can enjoy the lovely morning meal with a beautiful view to the green. we liked it so much that we stayed here longer than planned. Tuktuk ride to the center of Ella takes between 5-10 minutes and costs 500lkr. sometimes the host took us there or picked us up. we felt completely taken care of. thank you and we will come back oneday.

Best place we’ve stayed in Sri Lanka. Sanjaya and his family are so friendly and service minded. He picked us up at the train station and spent the day showing us some great places, including a tea factory. They also offered us dinner, which was amazing. Would definitely recommend this place, it’s really a cozy heaven. Thank you for having us!
