Absolutely amazing. Cozy, warm, clean, spacious, luminous, lovely owner. One of the best place I've stayed. This was my base camp to explore Hobbiton, Waitomo caves and Roturoa. If I come back I would redo exactly the same!

We stayed here after visiting the Hobbiton Movie Set. A lovely, comfortable room surrounded by a gorgeous garden. Brenda and Syd were very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Kaimai Sunset Bed and Breakfast to anyone travelling in the area.

The view, tranquillity and the sound of birds first thing in the morning is beyond words. We loved it. The stable is spacious, well equipped and v comfortable. If we had time we would have stayed longer.

Maria is a beautiful, accommodating host, who really went above and beyond for our stay. A gorgeous continental breakfast was waiting for us, with some extra goodies for the kids. Maria even provided us with food for their friendly alpacas so the kids could feed them - which they absolutely loved. The accommodation itself was spacious, clean, really comfortable, with games and pool table; great for our teens. The beds were super comfortable and warm, and there was plenty of room for our family of 9 to sit and eat. This was the perfect stay for our stop-over to visit Hobbiton, and we are so grateful to Maria for her gorgeous hospitality.

It was a great choice as it was a few kilometers along a beautiful farm road, which made for a quiet area with beautiful scenery and a stunning garden. Easy access to food, great wifi and a help yourself breakfast. The apartment is in stunning condition and well fitted, including a washing machine with the soaps etc

Beautifully stunning countryside location close to town. Accomodation was luxurious, with high quality homewares, furnishings and fittings. We loved the romantic serenity of the accomodation.

Holiday Bliss exceeded our expectations - we arrived tired after a long journey to be greeted by clean, comfortable and stylish accomodation, delicious homemade bread, wine, chocolate ( and so many more thoughtful touches that were much appreciated), plus breakfast ready for us to make and enjoy in the morning. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. We loved the hot tub and relaxing on the decking in a peaceful and easy to access location, a perfect base for loads of great local attractions and the ideal start to our New Zealand adventure - highly recommended.

Beautiful location, clean and accommodating. The room was spacious, offering all the amenities you need and the furniture was very comfy!! Our lovely hosts had exceptional communication which made everything such a breeze. Really appreciate it! We loved and appreciated the fresh bread, waffle mixture, fruit, bacon, etc that was available for us. There was a relaxing spa which you could ease into with a lovely glass of champagne if you like. They even offer day or night trips on their boat, how awesome! We have already recommended Holiday Bliss to friends and family that want a couples weekend, and we would love to return again in the future. Thank you for a well needed, stress free weekend 😊
