We arrived at the beach house and even though it was open no one was there to get us checked in. After a few phone calls I got through to the owner Sami who apologised and sent his worker straight away, I hadn't rang them beforehand and the worker explained that guests usually arrive around 5ish and we got there at 1, so not really a problem!! The property itself is awesome, with comfortable beds and access to a small pool which my kids loved. There is no access to the beach from the property but you have the full view of the sea from the pool and there is a children's park walking distance away. We stayed only one night as we were visiting Wadi Shab and this was our resting point and for the purpose it was just perfect. Sami rang again once we were settled to ask if everything was ok and his worker also left his number with us in case we needed anything!! Full access to the kitchen is provided which has a gas cooker, pots and pans, basic utensils, a kettle, and a coffee machine with plenty of tea, coffee, and sugar. There is no staff at this property all the time, we enjoyed the privacy!! I left my iWatch at the property and didn't realise until I was back in Muscat, I rang the worker who confirmed the watch was there and then Sami rang me and told me he would drop the watch off to me. True to his word, Sami drove all the way to Muscat and dropped the watch off to me at the hotel U was staying at, legendary guy!! Thank you Sami and thank you to your staff - will definitely be visiting again!!

Great location near Wadi Shab. Nice swimming pool and private beach. Very comfortable room.

The location is amazing, with stunning views. We had a fantastic barbecue dinner, as they provided a grill and we brought all the necessary items. We had the freedom to enjoy ourselves without any hesitation. Hassan and his son went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. It's only 200 meters away from the entrance to Wadi Shab, and we will definitely be returning.

Close to Wadi Shab and Wadi Tiwi but a bit away from the tourist masses. I had a accident and the hosts were very helpful and caring. They welcome you with a big heart.

People, Location and Breakfast too!! the owner is such a beautiful person and even the staff are super kind and friendly, Room is perfect and clean we would like stay for one more night, but it was sold out already and i understand why it’s sold out. Location is oerfect close to wadi shab and wadi tiwi! Thanks for everything especially all the infos and the Halwa tasting!!

We had such a great time at this place and we loved the peace and quiet. Santosh is a great host and helped us with kindness and friendliness. We can truly recommend this location close to the wadi and the sea
