This is a new build and you can definitely tell it is well taken care of. The facilities were very good, the mattress was very comfortable (which you don’t find often). The location is amazing, literally 2 steps away from the museum, fort and most shops and cafes. There is a parking lot very close if you have a car (requires 5’ walk max). The communication with the host was good. It was a nice surprise to see we had slippers, and a toothbrush on top of other toiletries in our room. We didn’t get any of that in any other place we stayed in Oman.

Best location in nizwa, in a small side street, 3 min walk to the amazing souk. Ali Jebel is the nicest host and he tried to fulfill me every wish and we had nice talks on the terrace. Shokran! I'll come back for sure to explore the amazing surroundings ...y
