I absolutely LOVED staying at Aldo´s! I was actually at another hostel first and only came there to meet up with some girls I had met earlier. But being there on the roof terrace I instantly felt so at home. There´s a great vibe there, very relaxed and social. And Aldo can take you on the best climbing excursions ever!! You can also book all other excursions through him and he thinks about who to put together in rooms which is so nice. Would love to come back there one day!

Excellent accomodation in a quiet neighbourhood. A little groceries shop 5 meters away. Big, comfortable room with electric heater and abundance of warm water. Breakfast staff always with a smile. The owner, Mr. Hisao was extremely helpful. He has very good communication skills, speaks perfect English, and is a mountain guide himself, so he knows every detail about all the surroundings and is willing to help you organize everything you want. Just perfect and memorable stay!!!!!

It was a very good hostel. The breakfast was delicious, and the cleanliness and service were excellent. The host Ronald and his family are kind and helpful whenever you need anything. There are shops nearby, so it's not inconvenient at all. Staying at this hostel made me fall in love with Huaraz. I would like to return to this place and recommend it to others as well.
