Booked same room for other people, when i went to property noone was there, contacted by phone not talking english at all, it was late night and we had to search for another place to sleep, while being tired by driving for long. Then said “sorry i have already booked it for other peopel, cancel booking (which would lose my money) and booking will give it back. just shame by renting place on many platforms.
