The breakfast was varied and delicious and the coffee was great. The staff is very friendly and attentive and gave us valuable advice about the city and the area where the hotel is located. For my next stay in Lisbon I would stay at this hotel again. Good location, convenient access from the airport, close to most of the sights and to the famous tram stop 28

We loved our stay so much! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly - they made us feel welcomed. The room was sparkling clean and it had all the amenities you might need. We could make tea and coffee whenever we wanted to. The breakfast was lovely - we really enjoyed the fresh croissants. You do share a bathroom but they were never busy and always sparkling clean so we didn't feel like we were sharing at all. The location has easy access to the city centre and if you're planning a day trip to Sintra - the train station is only a 4 minute walk. I definitely recommend this place

Location was very good; nice walking distance from the most important places. Staff was very sweet - my husband even got a little birthday cake with staff singing during breakfast. The room was nice and cosy and everything I had ordered in advance for my husband's birthday was there ready. We want to thank once more; you made us a lovely stay!!

It's clean, comfortable, in a great location, and the outdoor area is beautiful. I must say the staff really were the highlight of the stay. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, both staff members we dealt with were incredible. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. We got some tips about the area/transport, which was a huge help. Due to unfortunate circumstances, after check out, we had to hang around for a lot longer than anticipated, but the staff were more than happy for us to stay there and use the facilities for as long as needed. I will definitely be staying here again when I come back to Lisbon.
