This hotel perfectly reflects the "boutique" concept. It is very chic and authentic. It offers you a full experience of feeling pampered. The coffee is excellent and the breakfast is the best I ever had in a hotel. Great quality ingredients. It has a nice garden where you can relax and also a coffee salon. Friendly, attentive stuff. Very confortable and tastefully decorated room. Location is good, city center is easily reachable by metro.

Everything about this palace is extraordinary. And trust us when we say that the pictures on booking do not do this original palace justice. Everything here is just one huge warm welcome! And of course, an outstanding experience away from home is never just about the comfortable beds, the continental breakfast or the authentic entourage - it is also all about the PEOPLE that make your stay memorable. At Palacio we had soooooo many people who went out of their way to make our visit outstanding. From the dear people in the kitchen and the dining rooms every morning, preparing and serving our lush breakfast, to the impeccably dressed doormen and reception-ladies, who were ready 24 hours a day to attend to our every need! Come rain or come shine. Thank you Allan, Victoria, Ricardo, Lucio, Joao, Daniel and one name that we could not remember exactly: Diogo/Diego... there were more than 15 great people. A Clean and comfortable stay, right on the Metro, suburban train station, as well as bus routes to town and airport. 3 Super clean shared bathrooms - between about 8 bedrooms. We never had to wait to use a bathroom. Very accommodative by letting us drop our luggage of on arrival, early the morning of check in , before going out to sightsee. Our flight was out of Lisbon late night, and we were again given an area to store our luggage so we could enjoy our last day before coming back for a shower The friendliness and willingness to assist by hosts like these is priceless and makes a stay memorable .

What a great boutique hotel!! Really central. Lovely brekkie supplied and plenty for two served and more available. If you are unable to make breakfast, just say and they will provide you a takeaway lunch/brunch for your day out/journey to the airport. You do need to book your breakfast time slot as this is a small but very well run establishment

This place was a great choice for our vacation and visit to Lisbon! Wonderful, peaceful, clean with friendly and helpful staff! You can be sure that they think of every little thing that you might need: from instructions on how to get to accommodation, a city map, recommendations for what to visit, where to eat,...we also used the kitchen, although in the room you have everything you need to prepare tea or coffee, and in standby is drink, juice, water, snacks that you can find in the refrigerator in the room and that are paid symbolically. I recommend this place to everyone!

It's a lovely, intimistic and beautifully decorated hotel. The room was very nice such like the pictures: clean, cozy, comfortable and sofisticated.
