Incredible house turned into a hotel where you can either enjoy the beatiful beaches and restaurants nearby or use it as a base station to visit the rest of Algarve. We had a wonderful stay at Casa Luar! The house is spacious, with four comfortable bedrooms, a large living area, and a beautifully maintained garden with a terrace and pool. The view from the property is stunning, offering a peaceful and private atmosphere — perfect if you prefer relaxing by the pool rather than spending all your time at the beach. The rooms are well equipped with a small fridge, TV, Wi-Fi, and large bathrooms. The outdoor area is lovely and very clean. One of the highlights was the friendly cat that greeted us from the first day and often wandered around the garden — such a sweet companion. Although the location is fantastic, keep in mind that Carvoeiro is on a hill, so walking can be a bit challenging at times. It only takes about 10 minutes on foot to reach the town center, or just 2 minutes by car. For that reason, I would recommend renting a car or scooter to make exploring the area easier. Overall, this is a perfect choice for anyone looking for comfort, tranquility, and a beautiful setting. Highly recommended!

It’s a perfect alternative to a hostel. Same price but with your private space and bathroom. My room was big and with all the essentials. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was working perfectly. When I arrived the room and the bathroom were clean as well as the towels and the bed sheets (there is no daily cleaning but for me is not a problem). Soap, shower gel and shampoo were also provided, that is a huge plus. The two windows gave on the main street and on one side it was possible to see the water from the Ribeirinha area in the morning. Perfectly central location and very friendly and kind staff. They are always there for whatever you need. The kitchen is very big and well furnished: 2 kitchen stoves, 2 sinks, 3 fridges, many tables to sit. I spent a week here and I could have stayed even longer.

    Maria was a lovely host, it's a great location, it was clean and tidy and nice and private for the pool area for the guests staying. The small kitchen had everything you need to be able to cook yourself if you wanted to. I would certainly stay here again.
