Great hosts - friendly, knowledgeable of the area and suggested places to see etc. air-conditioned room, comfortable bed . Off street parking for the motorbike. Had wonderful breakfast and dinner both nights - excellent chef! Signage to the property from the N312 was easy to follow. Highly recommend.

Located in the hills behind Régua the accommodation is virtually new and kept in superb condition. Views from the room/balcony are breathtaking; a truly peaceful place. Beds are firm but comfortable and bathroom has a great shower. Very friendly owners treat you like family and the breakfast is plentiful with home made jams and their own fruit. Highly recommended.

The rooms were very thoughtfully laid out for their size. We had a lovely view. The beds were comfy, the pool area was relaxing and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Lots of reviews say it is too far, but it’s only a 20 min walk along the river which is nice post dinner in town.

The location was great, not too far from where we wanted to go and the center of town, nice view of the vineyards first thing in the morning, not too mention the owner who was a excellent person very friendly and always happy and friendly, always had a story to tell, I would definitely recommend this place to people who are interested in visiting Peso da Régua and staying not too far from all the attractions…. Very affordable, clean and friendly!!!!there was no breakfast on the premises but that was not a problem they are plenty of little cafés around…. Thank you senhor Carlos for keeping us laughing every time we talked to you, keep on being the amazing person that you are. We will definitely be seeing you again in the near future .

    Host family very friendly and very helpful with knowledge of the area and advice on visiting the local sites, and also places further afield. Bedroom was big. Lots of room and very clean. I was able to park my motorcycle directly in front of the house, and under a tree for shelter. Great view from the 2 terrace levels.
