Location was great as it was less than a 5 minute walk to the main park and historic buildings. Lots of restaurants in the area, grocery store only a couple of blocks away, buses to anywhere within a 10 minute walk.

Luis is one of the nicest, kindest and most helpful people I have met. Such a lovely, family run hostel which just gives the whole place such a nice, welcoming and relaxed feeling. Luis helped me arrange transport to the volcano and to my on-going destination before I’d even arrived. He was happy to chat about the country and very helpful with info about the local area. Comfy and clean room. kitchen you can use and the included breakfast was very tasty. very central to the main square, only a 5 min walk

Such a Lovely, Comfortable, Welcoming and Warm place that feels like home and family. The room is big, very clean, the bed is very comfortable and there is another bed if youre a couple who planning on vacation, there is a fan, a shower and a toilet (also spotless!), a microwave, a fridge, Wi-Fi, there is a little store in the corner, its close to all the city attractions like the Cathedral of Santa Ana, swimming pools and natural swimming pools and parks, restaurants, buses that goes anywhere in town including to the Cerro Verde national park, the neigbourhood itself is very quiet and its people are very nice and welcoming. The best part of La Casita De Nataly is the family that runs it - they are the sweetest most welcoming people, very attentive to the guests needs and they are doing above and beyond for each guest to have an unforgattable stay and for him to feel like family! So, if youre reading my comment and planning to go to Santa Ana I HIGHLY recommend you to book this place, I had such a good experience here that I didnt want to leave and extended by three more nights, the price is so fair and economic, dont miss this place!!

I loved my stay at Casa Coco! The local owners were extremely friendly, and the pupusa cooking class was so much fun! Would highly recommend! The well equipped kitchen was also a big plus!

Such a fab little hostel! It felt so much like a home. It was a great place to meet friends and go on day trips in and around Santa Ana (Volcano, waterfalls, Ruta de las Flores). Comfortable space, adorable dog, comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen. Fernando the owner was super nice and friendly to us and helped us with all our needs. Motorcycle rental was great too. Definitely in my top 5 hostels!
