It was the best stay of our trip. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and quiet. This place had literally everything we needed (there are beach towels, snorkling masks to borrow free of charge, hairdryer, etc.) The owners were always willing to help or give us a ride. We’ll definitely book it again when in Koh Lipe.

very warm welcome by the owner, clean apartment with good aircon and facilities. excellent wifi. good value even during Christmas season. located on a quiet side street. a part of the enterprise is a popular pizzeria/restaurant with one of the best international cuisines on the island.

    This was the perfect place to stay in Koh Lipe. It’s close to everything and yet very quiet. 2 mins walk to Pattaya beach and 6 mins to Sunrise beach. The room was very spacious with a comfortable big bed. The bathroom was spacious too with a hot shower. Davide was a great host and provided coffee and croissant every morning. I would stay here again.
