The staff were super friendly, helped us to get settled when we arrived early and to book a taxi when we left. Loved the extra touches like fruit on arrival and the map of good food places. Very cool vibe. Great location. Would definitely recommend!

Very attentive staff who speaks English. Everything was sparkling clean. Snacks, coffee and tea are provided for free (real coffee, not instant). Convenient location.

management is super friendly. the restaurant behind the stay is extremely delicious. value for money, surrounded by morning markets in walking distance, breakfast solved, night market is very close, got lots of nice food. further north got plenty of restaurants. mostly importantly, tourism locations also not too far. definitely will stay here again if i ever stop by this town again.

Fabulous location, great staff, and comfortable, spacious room. My wife and I were particularly impressed with Bruce and Amber who went over and beyond to make our stay delightful. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. It was equipped with a refrigerator and a clothes washer, which we appreciated hugely after being on the road for two weeks. Parking for our car was located just steps away from the main entrance. We appreciated the electronic door locks which eliminated the responsibility of looking after a room key. After conversing with Bruce about where to eat in Tainan, he gave us a list of his personal favourites. We particularly liked his recommendation for finding a vendor for Mango Shaved Ice. On our own, we found a great hot pot restaurant just a two block stroll away. The location of the Syuan Hotel was excellent, being close to the Confucius Temple, Snail Alley and other sites. The superb Tainan Night Market is only a 10 minute taxi ride away; Anping Old Street takes about 20 minutes. Our photos of the room were taken when we departed. The room looked much better on arrival.

The room was a good size and a lot of thought had gone into the decor. Appreciated the bath rather than a shower as well as having a balcony. Really quiet.

This is a new accomodation, with everything you need and spacious. We booked similar rooms while travelling through Taiwain and this was the best and cheapest! Really enjoyed this one for three days and excellent location to discover Tainan. Nearby is a temple with celebrations going on, but this didn’t bother us (good sound isolation)
