The location is good, easily approachable by subway. The cleanliness was fine, obviously it got a bit dirty by the morning right before they cleaned it but that is on the other guests and not the owner. We didnt have any problems with the noise, the door was lockable and we truly did not have any issues during our stay. I think it is worth it for the money:)

Place was quite ok as a location but there was a dirt everywhere. Something looks like a sp**m on pillow! Apartment need to be renewed since everything there is outdated. Except that host was more than helpful, it was quiet and in nice area. WiFi was fast enough to watch video.
