This 2nd floor room rental in a residential home was very quiet and comfortable with surprisingly nice touches like scented soap and lotions in the bathroom and complimentary bottles of water in the mini fridge in the bedroom, creating an almost spa like ambiance. Winky lives onsite and was wonderfully hospitable, offering me apple juice downstairs and getting up early to help carry my luggage downstairs to the door. Very high quality for the rate; I have already booked another stay.

It was very nice. Clean and hospitable. The owner was very friendly, respectful, professional, and approachable. Our dog was welcomed, which made it all even better. If we go back to Vegas for our anniversary next year. We will definitely stay there again!

We loved the place! The owner was amazing! Friendly, helpful, smart and warm. The room was incredible and the bed is so comfortable. Location is perfect as well. Best value for the money on this trip.
