Our stay was fantastic! The host was truly amazing—knowledgeable about the area and always available to offer recommendations. The place was comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. the host provided all the essentials—plenty of toiletries and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything in case we needed to prepare meals.

The place is lovely! An authentic Cuban-style house with a nice garden in the back. The house is very quiet and the location is excellent. Close to anything one might need, to public transportation and in the heart of Little Havana. The room was spacious, full of light and furnished both functionally and with style. The toilet is clean, spacious and the shower is double. Bed was comfy and with plenty of pillows. A small kitchenette is present in the room, with a fridge and a microwave. Downstairs a full kitchen, a dining room and a living room are available for guests to use. The nice table in the garden is also perfect for a quiet morning breakfast. The host was available for any question and quick to answer, we also received recommendations for food in the neighbourhood. Honestly, it exceeded our expectations, we will definitely be back if we pass through Miami again.

The location was very good for those who want to visit the Keys and Miami Beach. The neighborhood is tranquil and safe. The host was very gentle and responsive to our answers quickly. We were traveling with a cat, so she left some cat treats and toys for us and we loved it. Everything in the house is new and we felt very comfortable. There is a table in the room that is very good to work and have a meal.

Here’s your review in English, structured for clarity and readability: ⸻ I’m writing this review because I would have loved to read something like this before booking. First and foremost, I believe that for this price, the apartment in Miami is phenomenal. It’s just a 3-minute walk to the main street of Little Havana and another 3 minutes to the bus stop, where free tourist buses also operate. There’s a store and a T-Mobile salon right next door, making it super convenient to get a SIM card with internet as soon as you arrive. The location is fantastic. Of course, the beach with its iconic lifeguard towers is a bit further away, but public transportation is excellent. Plus, hotel prices on Ocean Drive are five times higher than this apartment. Now, about the negative reviews—at first, they made me hesitant, but I want to address them. Some people mentioned that the apartment was hard to find. That’s simply not true. The gate is open, the house has a big, visible number, and the host clearly states in the message to walk behind the house, where there’s a sign pointing to apartments 5 and 6. Another complaint was the supposedly small sink. In reality, it’s a perfectly normal size, and we had no issues using it. Some also mentioned airplane noise. Yes, you can hear planes, but it’s not disruptive at all. It never woke us up at night or drowned out music. The apartment was clean, and the host was very helpful. There were always parking spots available on the street. The host also gave us a list of recommended restaurants, which turned out to be spot on—we absolutely fell in love with Cuban cuisine thanks to these suggestions. The kitchenette includes a microwave, a coffee maker, and a jar of coffee, which was a nice touch. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment. It’s a great value for the price, with an amazing location and a helpful host.
