The best hostal I was in Vietnam. Don’t hesitate to book here! There front desk lady is very kind, she offered me breakfast which is not included in the same day of check in. The room was ready much earlier than normal. She encourage me to use the biking that is free of charge instead of the scooter. 200% happy! clean place, big spaces, several showers and facilities. Totally best value vs money

During our 2-weeks trip in Vietnam, this was the best place. Such a lovely homestay, the family was so nice and helpful with every question we had! As we arrived early with the night bus in Tam Coc, we were lucky that our room was empty, so we could do an early check-in, so thankful for that. We hired the bikes during our stay (50.000 VND) which was awesome to explore the area. Simple, but delicious and fresh breakfast. Good Wifi and nice pool. Very close to main road with restaurants and shops. Our favorite restaurant, only 2min. walk away was "Bing Boong" (family-run business, amazing food!) We just loved our stay here and hopefully we'll come back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this homestay in February. Although the weather wasn’t always ideal, the warm hospitality of Pinkie and her family made all the difference. They were exceptionally kind, friendly, and always ready to help, making us feel truly welcome. The room was clean, and whenever it needed freshening up, a quick request was all it took to have it tidied up again. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Plus, the AC has a warming function, which was a lifesaver during the rainy northern Vietnamese weather. The location is perfect—close to everything in Tam Coc yet tucked away on a quieter street, providing a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was decent, and we especially loved the fresh fruit salad each morning.

So relaxing and refreshing, enjoyed the mango smoothie and swim when I arrived then I had the use of a bicycle and it was quaint to ride past the rice paddies to the Main Street and went cycling all day the next day too. The food was good too

    Incredibly good Homestay, well exceeded my expectation. Very cozy and comfortable. The host family are super gentle and generous, very kind locals. The location is excellent, tranquil and calm. The entire environment is just perfect, it is a hidden gem of Tam Coc. Walkable to everywhere. They also own a lovely garden cafe called Reply 1993 where you can find really good BBQ Pork Banh My. Tam Coc to me is very touristy but this Homestay is like a home. Thank you. Hope to return one day

    Beautiful homestay. Very clean and calming. They are very helpful. Breakfast is great. In a much quieter area. Rooms were large and clean with TV so was nice to chill too. 25 min to Pho di bo walking street and the ‘unicorn temple’. This area appeared to be mainly locals, had a great atmosphere and gorgeously lit at night time. It was a 1.20 walk to Mua Cave lookout and beautiful scenery along the way. We didn’t hire bikes but saw lots of people cycling to the lookout.

    The location is awesome, you’re sleeping in homemade bungalow surrounded by cliffs. The nature is present everywhere, lots of trees plants and water (like a mini Ninh Binh). PhoL, the manager of the home stay and the owner family are very friendly. I had the chance to share the local dinner with them, and had a lot of fun (I can cheers to anyone in Vietnamese now! Be aware of the happy water, makes very happy) Finally PhoL gives good advice for things to see. You can rent scooters if you want of bike near the homestay.
