The staff were absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. We arrived on a night bus at 3am and the owner was waiting for us to check in. He was also a great help in organising our motorbike trip through the Ha Giang Loop - he explained everything, contacted another person who helped us with he bike and allowed us to leave our luggage with him at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable complete with all the basics you may need. Great value for money, good location of a walkable distance to a mini market, local restaurants and atm machine.

The room had everything we need. The aircon worked really good and it had a fan. The food are really very good. They are building a swimming pool and it will be so nice to cool down after a day in the sun.

The host and her family were incredibly welcoming!! The location is beautiful overlooking a rice field and views of mountains. There is a fun hike behind the house that goes to a canyon in the mountain. Karaoke was so much fun and the food was delicious!

the place looked beautiful and was very peaceful, the bed was comfortable with brand new linen and the hosts were very nice and cooked us one of the best meals I've had in Vietnam so far

The property is situated in a nice quiet village just off the QL4C which makes it an ideal stay for if travelling the ha Giang loop. The room was smart and had a very comfy bed. The family that run Diem are super friendly and treat you just like family! They supplied a delicious dinner for us and rice wine which was wonderful! The family joined us for dinner and we socialised for the evening, making it very fun. I would defo recommend and would love to return here!
