We only stayed for one night at the end of our vacation to visit Durres also, but we wish we stayed the whole time there! The place is like a home of yours,the garden is really beautiful and the whole place is very well kept by the owners who are absolutely nice, helpful and very kind and lovely! You have towels, comfortable beds, kitchen, soap, fresh air, it s very quiet at night, you will sleep very very good. If you are thinking of coming here, do not hesitate, you will not be disappointed.

The room was very clean, spacious, a lot of natural light and well furnished. Mira and Shpetim assisted me what I had to know to explore the city. I plan to go back again the next year.

Vila Zhiti was a perfect choice for a beach holiday. We were welcomed by a really hospitable family, they tried to please us in everything, they were very friendly. The accommodation was very close to the beach, there were shops nearby. They were also able to help with parking the motorbikes. The room was well equipped, comfortable and clean. The house is beautiful, very clean, and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathroom was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. We especially loved the peaceful balcony and the lovely garden that such a calm and relaxing atmosphere. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the house owner. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. He took the time to explain everything about the town, gave us great tips, and even offered help with various things during our stay. His warmth and hospitality truly made us feel at home.

The area around the hotel is peaceful and relaxing, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day at the beach or city. Our room was spacious, well-equipped, and offered a sea view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool area was clean and inviting, perfect for a refreshing dip. One of the highlights of our stay was the interaction with the family who owns the hotel. They were incredibly easy to talk to. Breakfast was another great experience, it wasn't a buffet, but a freshly cooked meal served right at our table, and they were always attentive to our needs, asking if we wanted anything else. The hotel's bar was a convenient feature, allowing us to order drinks whenever we wanted. I also appreciated that the area was exclusive to guests, providing a private and serene environment. Overall, Vila 11 was a fantastic place to stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and friendly atmosphere.
