Great family energy and you can tell they're happy to host everyone that comes through. You get a nice home-cooked fresh meal that tastes Quite literally like home. Highly recommend and when I come back, I will be sure to stay here. And a bonus if you're an animal lover, as you eat dinner, you can hear the birds chirping, the horses, the cows, the dogs and can walk around the beautiful property to see them.

Once found it was exceptional. The provided breakfast is really good and I had dinner the evening before which is even better - 3 substantial courses for €8. There is WIFI also. Communication was excellent.

The food was fantastically made fresh by the mum everyday. The breakfast was delicious and very filling. We also decided to eat dinner twice at the place at a small charge of 12 euro per person which was amazing each time and she even prepared us lunch for one of the days at our request and a small charge. We were able to speak to the mum in English one way or another and we could easily speak to the dad in Italian. Their son spoke very good English too. They were very accommodating and we loved our stay at this guesthouse. Our room had a small porch/ terrace with a sofa and coffee table and a beautiful view of the mountains. The bedroom was quite dark but to be honest it was perfect to sleep in a little more in the morning. We definitely would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at the HYSA guesthouse, sitting in the garden, savouring the good food, playing in the nearby river and preparing for the hike to Theeth.
