The property is beautifully manicured with gorgeous gardens, comfortable outdoor sitting areas, and all the amenities are provided. The bedroom is large, spacious and comfortable. So is the bathroom. Breakfast is a self-serve continental style with juice, coffee, tea, yogurt, a wide range of cereals, toast, jam, Vegemite, and peanut butter. I must give extra kudos to whoever made the bread for the toast as it is delicious! I chose the potato and rosemary bread and highly recommend it. This place is walking distance between two areas that have numerous coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, barbershops, grocery stores, and all kinds of nail salons and spa services. We walked 1.5 km to the ferry which took us to downtown Brisbane for only $.50! It is a great way to get around and see the sites from the river, and the ferries come every 10-15 minutes. Be sure to ride the ferry after dark as the nighttime lights of the city are spectacular! The host, Brian, was there to greet us and give us the lay of the land. He was very kind and helpful, and then he disappeared for the rest of our stay to give us our privacy. We loved being able to do our laundry! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It is truly a home away from home.

We stayed at this property for 8 nights for a sporting event at the State Hockey Centre. We found the location to be perfect for our needs, with easy access to the motorway. The amenities were fantastic and we felt like we were at our home away from home. Sarah & Will were wonderful hosts and we're hoping to be back again one day in the future.

Located in the Coorparoo district, the property provides guests with access to a hot tub and a fitness room. The property has a sauna, free WiFi throughout the property and a shared kitchen. The owners are lovely, friendly, welcoming and really everything you wish your housemates to be. I was personally welcomes and shown the place. I was only staying briefly, however felt at home away from home which is very important to be able to focus on my work while travelling. Close to the Airport, City, but peaceful. Will definitely stay again in the future, and next time make greater use of their in-house gym, sauna and ice bath.
