This apartment was just chef's kiss to our already amazing Switzerland experience. I would 100 percent recommend and very willing to come back again. 1. Clear check in/out instruction: Host provided a clear instruction on check in prior to our visitation. He even provided a video on how to open main doors and obtain keys. I was traveling with elder parents and it was dark and cold. Because of the clear instruction, we successfully checked in without a single issue. Check out guideline was also on the wall in the kitchen. We followed as instructed and left without any hustle 2. Very clean and tidy 3. Heater: All heaters were working and kept us warm from Interlaken's cold weather. We turned them off when we are getting out for the day and turn them back on when we come back. It warmed the room pretty quickly. And also helped drying our small laundry items super fast! 4. Location: It was less than 5 min walk from both grocery market and the train/bus stations. Host even provided us with the interlaken pass where we can ride Yellow bus and some trains within interlaken for free! So we had no proble using public transportation around to explore the city. We fell in love with the city and this place was part of the BIG reason we fell in love. I will definitely come back here again during my next trip to Switzerland!

I had an excellent experience during my stay and was warmly welcomed. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, with easy access to buses and just a few minutes from the train station. I will definitely come back if I have another opportunity.

The property was in historic square. There was a farmers' market on the square the first morning there and we stocked up on some supplies. Easy location to train station. Entry is tucked behind the bar which took us a minute to figure out. Beds were very comfortable. Back patio looking onto Thun Castle was a bonus! Thun is not touristy and that was a true delight!

To start, i cannot find the words to describe the view from the hotel. It was one of the best views i’ve ever seen in my entire life. The hotel is located up in the mountains but it is accessible by car and they provide Free parking lots. We received the check in information before our stay and everything was smooth. The staff are really friendly and professional. All facilities are clean. Although there is no fridge in the room, each floor has a common one where u can put your food and label it. You have also an ironing table to use in the lobby. The last day was sunny so we enjoyed our breakfast outdoors. You can enjoy the walk around the hotel. I loved waking up hearing the bells on the cows. I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely come back. Thank you.

I like the overall set up of the apartment it was facing a beautiful view on the dining area, it has complete amenities since it was an apartment, Mr. Mario was so nice he helped us carried all our luggages on the top floor since they don't have an elevator, he provided us with varities of teas and we also have a coffee machine, the cupboard was full of what you might need in the kitchen for cooking it and made our stay even more pleasant. It was only approx. 10 min walk to interlaken west, he provided us with a visitors pass so we can roam around interlaken with the bus for free. So we didn't really spend much on transportation.

The free bus pass that also doubles as a discount pass for certain activities on the Interlaken/Thun area is also a great touch and makes travel by bus all the easier and at no extra cost. When doing activities mention the card to save some money before paying for the activity such as visiting Thun Castle. There was also a fan included within the room which made up for not having control over air conditioning or an overhead fan. The owner who's phone number can be accessed via WhatsApp is also very kind and responsive. She was wonderful!
