Cosy and relaxed Eiger Guesthouse is located opposite the BLM train station in Mürren, with a splendid view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau Mountains.

All rooms are accessible with a lift or spiral stair. All rooms are equiped with TV, free wifi and with a hairdryer. The staff was really nice and friendly! Also, the rooms were really clean and with amazing views!! It was probably the best place we stayed in the entire trip!! Definitely coming back!

The hotel was very clean and well cared for. We had a large family room with stunning views over the valley. It had a large comfy double bed plus bunk beds and a table and seating for 6 people. Bergpension Battagliahutte had a great homely feel thanks to the hosts Tomas and his lovely family who could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable.

There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service. Location is good, in the center. Clean, organized apartment. The owner provided cleaning/room service every day, including changing towels, filling in coffee/tee. The terrace is very nice, allows to sit outside and rest/eat. Few notes for visitors, as i myself like to read for information; Montreux is on hills, take into consideration that even if close to the lake, the path can be steep and not convenient for everyone by foot. there is a bus to use of course. the apartment has a bedroom and living room where there is sofa that you can open for additional 2 people, but in my opinion, the sofa is good for children, less for adults, possible to sleep but not ideal.

This was one of the most beautiful and luxurious places where we have ever stayed! Our room with huge terrace was gorgeous, both modern and functional, and tastefully designed with antique furniture. The bed was large and very comfortable. We slept with the double doors wide open, and woke up with a view of the mountains. Since the weather was good, we spent much time on the terrace, which was our extended living room. The fancy espresso maker in the room did not have decaf capsules, so after mentioning this to our hosts, they graciously provided a different espresso maker in the shared kitchen. That kitchen has everything you could wish for. The bathroom attached to our room was new and gorgeous, with a bathtub as well as a shower.

All the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and having two bathrooms made getting ready in the mornings so much easier since we didn’t have to take turns or rush. We also appreciated having access to a washer and dryer in the basement, which was especially useful for a longer trip. The apartment itself was beautifully maintained and well-equipped with everything we needed, plus a few extra touches. The large windows offered lovely views, and the outdoor blinds were a great feature, completely blocking out light for sleeping in or for added privacy. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, though that’s to be expected in Switzerland. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area made it easy for us to prepare and enjoy meals together, which added to the cozy, home-like feel of the apartment.
