The guesthouse was clean, cute and well organized. The room was perfect with its ancient chinese decoration. We immediately felt good the minute we stepped into the guesthouse. I would definitely book again! The host showed us a more convenient way to leave Tongli and book our taxi than leaving by the front door.

Ideal location, very close to the Gardens as well as the canals. Perfect place to stay if you want to see all the sights in a day. The host is super welcoming and nice! He brought us water everyday, gave us food recommendations and was overall very sweet and kind. It feels homey and comfortable. The rooms are very clean, and nicely decorated. Every room has been designed carefully and you can tell that the owners put a lot of love into them.

The hotel position near the historical part of the city with a superb lake view, 2. The owner and his wife were very kind to us and the communication was perfect, 3. They ordered the breakfast for us upon our request and the owner drove us to a local recommended restaurant for dinner, 4. The room was very clean and tidy.

Just make sure not to use the English version of Apple Maps to find it. The location is currently a bit off there and in fact there is two wrong entries (one inside the museum and one in the middle of Pingjiang road). The Chinese version of the entry is correct.

Also, the owners are warm and accommodating. Breakfast tastes good. We came late and they waited patiently for us. Also, when leaving, they gave us rain coats because it was raining. They go beyond to accommodate us.

L’établissement Suzhou Houlishenghuo Guesthouse bénéficie d’un emplacement de choix à Suzhou. Établissement vraiment très charmant, très bien décoré et bien placé. La ruelle est charmante, l’hôte est à l’écoute, disponible même tard dans la nuit pour aider. Je recommande vivement !
