The large, traditional farmhouse with the new building constructed in 2023 is located in the idyllic village of Strukkamp on the Baltic Sea island of Fehmarn. The sea is just two kilometres away. A rich breakfast with regional products is served every morning in the breakfast room. The location was beautiful, as was the hotel itself.

The breakfast was very generous. There was some form of warm egg, and plenty of bread, cheese, sliced meat, butter, jam of different kinds and cereal. Was very happy with the breakfast, and the lady running the place is very friendly. The price reduction on booking.com doesn't account for the tourist fee one has to pay when turning up there, so in the end I might as well have booked on her website directly. Communication with the guesthouse owner was seamless. The place was spotless, but also very dog friendly. Would happily stay there again.
