Also, you have a lot of restaurants and bars next to the hotel. Breakfast was good, fresh. In the last day, we left very early to the airport and they prepared a take away package in the morning. That was really nice :).

Featuring high ceilings and modern décor, each room has a flat-screen TV. The private bathroom comes with a shower and some of them also include a bathtub. From the moment we arrived, check-in was smooth and the staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast buffet was generous and delicious, with a great variety each morning. We especially loved the honesty bar and the fresh homemade cake or brownies available every day — such a thoughtful touch. Would absolutely stay here again!

The guest house is 400 metres from Barcelona's Plaza Universitat and the Rambla is 10 minutes’ walk away. Property was in a good location, only a few minutes walk from La Rabla. Was modern and comfortable. Room was soundproof to the street. Staff at desk were very friendly. Was more a hotel than a hostal.

Set in a restored 19th century building, rooms at Violeta Boutique feature contemporary décor. All include city views, free Wi-Fi, a plasma TV and a spacious private bathroom. Perfect location, really lovely staff - gave lots of advice and very helpful. The beds were super comfortable (soft) and the room was very nice. Very hot water in the bathrooms and good water pressure, free water bottles every day. I will definitely stay again. Nearly everything in walking distance - shops, metro, tourist stuff.

Hostal Olga is located on the Costa Brava seafront in Sant Antoni de Calonge. Rooms with a private balcony and sea views.

The rooms at the Olga feature simple décor. Each one comes with a fan and a private bathroom, and some have a flat-screen TV. Very clean and chic. Staff were extremely warm and welcoming. Great restaurant. On the beach!

Pension Ciudadela guest house is opposite Barcelona’s França Train Station and 100 metres from Ciudadela Park. It offers basic air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi, and private bathroom facilities.

All rooms at the Ciudadela are heated, and there is a TV. Most rooms have a work desk and a private balcony. Super clean, nice coffee corner and free snacks, fridges available. Location was perfect, both close to the beach and to the center. So comfy also with a small child.

The rooms are decorated with antique-style furniture. Many have original stone walls, and all have heating. The host, Margarita, was so friendly and helpful. The property and rooms were charming and beautiful!
