The property is lovely - very much a ‘ home’ where you feel very welcome. We had a lounge, en suite bedroom and kitchen facilities and were very comfortable. The plentiful and home-made breakfast in the lovely dining room was a special highlight. Alba and all the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Access to lovely local walks. Thank you !

Our hostess kindly upgraded us to the superior apartment. This was spacious, comfy, well-equipped and attractively decorated. The view of the Rio Deva from the bedroom allowed us to watch the flow of the tides. If you like sweet pastry, don't miss the Corbatas at the Cafeteria Pindal 2 on the other side of the river.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Hostel Gijón Centro is set in the heart of Gijón, in the old town, 170 metres from both San Lorenzo Beach and Gijón Port. The staff was incredible. The location dead center. 2 minutes away from the ocean. Just brilliant.
