We got the family room. It was very spacious. It had 2 private rooms inside the suite. Which was wonderful. You can control the windows and lights from the bed header so you don’t have to get up. Also each side of the bed has its own outlets 1 usb, 1 type c and 1 regular plug) which was more than perfect. The mattress and pillows were very very comfortable. The tv was great it even has free Netflix !!! You have free coffee inside the bedroom and free water. If you ran out of water bottles you can ask in reception as many as you want. The decoration of the bedroom was just very modern. We loved it. Location is great you are literally on the Gran Via. Which is the most transited street in Spain. The metro is a 2 min walk.

The rooms are equipped with a balcony with city views. Very clean property and well kept. Situated in the centre of Alcala very close to all amenities. The host was very friendly and helpful all the time , so helpful that even iron my trousers.

The location is absolutely amazing, many main attractions are either a short walk away or you can take any bus/subway line to them from nearby stops. Everybody at reception was exceptionally kind and helpful and the room (especially the bathroom) was very clean! They also let you store your luggage after checkout if you need to, which was a huge help for me. Will definitely book again when I am back in Madrid!

Right in the heart ❤️ of Madrid Everything was right where we were Staff were so very friendly Victor was always smiling,helpful and friendly as was a lovely Colombian staff member again friendly smiling helpful It was quiet and that was excellent as the city was so busy. We had a Juliet balcony which we stood on and gazed into the street below Bed was comfortable and we liked how they cleaned the room and supplied coffee tea etc Also a good sized fridge Shower room was very good too No complaints 👌 good value for money

The spacious rooms at Hostal Central Palace Madrid feature wooden floors and classic décor. They all feature a private bathroom with shower and a hairdryer and toiletries. Some rooms offer views of the Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral and the Sabatini Gardens. Bucket list location and view, without having to spend your life saving! I had a room on the exterior third floor, with an unobstructed view of the Royal Palace, across the Plaza de Oriente! The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, with just the right mix of modern amenities (hot shower with good water pressure, heating),, minimalist neutral furnishings & old-world charm (high ceilings and chandeliers).. I sat in front of the floor to ceiling balcony windows to watch the sunset over the palace while sipping the complimentary bubbly and coffee that came with the room. The room and bathroom were sparkling clean. Staff were friendly and helped me carry my luggage down the steps between the building lobby and the elevator. I'll be back!
