Set on a 6-hectare estate, Chateau De La Resle - Design Hotels is a luxury bed and breakfast located in the Burgundy region, a 10-minute drive from Auxerre and Chablis. A superb hotel. We stayed 4 nights in a 2-storey townhouse facing the pool and the chateau environment was spectacular. We did day trips each day to nearby places of interest -- Vezelay with its beautiful church at the top of the hill, Fontenay Abbey, Avallon, and the picturesque city of Auxerre only a 15 minute drive away. Breakfasts were fine; bed was comfy; free parking on site.

Brandon was incredibly hospitable. Carpe Diem is beautiful, the room we stayed in was small but perfectly fine for 2 of us. The decor was beautiful. The garden was lovely, and having parking at the back was super.
