The location is ideal, for the sights and the railway station, and a very quiet neighborhood. The hosts, Lyn and Liam were friendly, helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Couldn't get better accommodation!

We enjoyed the old school feeling in the town, on the promenade, and on the pier. We visited the water on both sides of town, and though I might not go there for swimming, they were good for walking. The walk to the botanical garden and summit was wonderful with lots of sheep and goats with big horns. Rodney and his people were great.

We had a very pleasant stay at Granby house in Llandudno. Ann and David were delightful hosts. Only one room left when we ordered, kind of small, but was moved to a larger one as there was some rotation among the guests. Location was perfect, short walk to restaurants and cafes, main attractions and beach. We loved our stay in Llandudno, much thanks to the service and knowledge provided by our lovely hosts at Granby house.

The bed was very comfortable and the living area was well equipped with a small kitchenette and a comfortable lounge with large TV The view was amazing. Sue and Rod the owners were very friendly and gave us the warmest of welcomes, the parking was easy right out side the hotel and didn't cost us anything.

Our hosts Mandy & Dave were so welcoming & went out of their way to accommodate dietary requirements of one of our party with a good allergy. The pretty seated area in the front garden was a great bonus on a sunny day. The property is centrally located to all amenities. A true gem.

A breakfast for champions.
