Featuring 2-star accommodation, El Tabora Guest House is located in St Peter Port, 2.3 km from Havelet Bay Beach and 2.3 km from Bellegreve Bay Beach. This guest house provides free private parking, luggage storage space and free WiFi. The guest house features family rooms. On Sunday I got a text from Condor stating Monday's boat was cancelled due to weather. At the time I was at the Premier Inn - and after enquiring and finding out they wanted another £100 for 1 night, I checked booking.com for availability elsewhere - and this popped up for £38 a night. I worked on the road in the UK and have stayed at A LOT of hotels and BnB's in my time - so was only really after a place to put my head down. Genuinely - probably the best £38 I've ever spent. Colin is an absolute delight and will happily ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The rooms are very clean, with TV's, a kettle, fridge and microwave. Proximity to a local Waitrose, pub and a great fish and shop is perfect AND breakfast was included! Two whole kippers, a jug of coffee, toast and marmalade! Honestly - there's a reason this place comes so highly reviewed. Will happily be stranded in Guernsey again if I get to stay here!

Marton Guest House is situated in an elevated position in a residential area 15 minutes walk from St Peter Port town centre. It features a mature terraced woodland garden for guests to relax in.
Each room features an en-suite bathroom, a TV and tea/coffee making facilities.
For me it's all perfect. The service, the breakfast, the room, and the cleanliness. Bravo! Some minutes walk from the town. Good location.

Colin is a great host. The guesthouse is very clean and well equipped. Microwave, electric kettle, TV, coffee and tea in the room. The breakfast was good and had a vegetarian option. Bus stop nearby. Great value for money.

We absolutely loved this intimate little hotel and stayed a week to explore Guernsey. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a great shower! The staff are super friendly and professional and the service is of a level you might expect from a larger hotel. We did not use the outdoor pool but it looked beautiful and the grounds and gardens are just lovely to sit and enjoy a drink in the evening. Make sure you book dinner as this place is very popular with locals and visitors.

Top class establishment. You need to be fit mind to walk up hill from the high street. Bear in mind that getting a taxi is not an easy task. St Peter’s Port is fabulous with an array of high quality restaurants and great bars. Take care whilst walking - the locals seem to drive too quickly for the narrow streets. The hotel provided a free lift back to the Condor Ferry terminal in their Range Rover. Nice touch. The pool and spa facilities are very good. The staff are on the ball and friendly with it.

Nice and quiet location. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Food (breakfast & dinner) are good quality as well! Place is popular with locals for drinks/food, which means it has to be good ;)

The attitude of the staff - always friendly and helpful. The room was small but for one person appropriate. Facilities within the room were extremely good. Although I would have preferred breakfast to be available, the choice and standard of restaurants in the immediate vicinity more than made up for this. Although disabled, I was able to walk to the hotel from the port. I was very impressed with the attitude of the locals - very helpful even when busy. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble.
