Forgot our ice-cream in the fridge and every time we go past I say - "Do you think he's eaten it?" :-) Would def book again.

She contacted us prior to visit to ask which milk alternative we preferred. She went as far as baking vegan cookies for us. Breakfast was lovely. I can't thank her enough for the warmth that she showed us. Bed very comfortable and we slept well.

The homestay is fitted with a flat-screen TV. The kitchen features a microwave, a toaster and a fridge and there is a private bathroom with bathrobes and a hair dryer. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. Al and Jan are very kind and welcoming hosts. They went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible. I would like to thank them for all their efforts. I wish I could have stayed a little bit longer.

The room was small but very well-appointed, beautiful finishings, very comfortable bed. Communal kitchen is very convenient for making breakfasts and warming takeaways etc. We loved it so much that we stayed here again, twice more, during our roadtrip when we ended up back in Southport. Most importantly, Amanda who runs the place is extremely hospitable and goes out of her way to make sure guests are comfortable.
