They are all so kind, helpful and offer "The Guest Experience" you will likely ever receive within a business like this. For me, the highlight was always going to be the breakfast, after seeing online pictures of an outside covered area overlooking the view down the mountains beyond to the horizon/sea. Who wouldn't want to wake up and have breakfast with that view. The breakfast as well is incredible, each day something different is brought to the table, home-cooked / fresh / super tasty!! The room was very comfortable as well, slept very well, thanks to the very peaceful surroundings, windows closed from the outside to shut on the morning sun, great aircon! The location is set in a little village with 2 restaurants in the mountainside, 5km from the nearest seaside town and not that far away from some incredible beaches. The 5km drive up the mountain area was a lovely 5km driving through Olive trees in abundance! Though the road is narrow in places so you do have to have your wits about you. I would highly recommend this guest house to anyone and as well as staying in this area and Kassandra, the middle leg of Thessaloniki is by far the best if you are looking for a more relaxing and rural stay.

The room was very nice, well equipped even with kitchen utensils, so we had everything we needed at hand. The host changed the towels and cleaned the room every two days, so it was always spotless. But what impressed me the most was the kindness of the owner – she was very sweet, generous, and even left us a gift on our last day. She helped us with everything we needed and made us feel truly welcome. She is such a warm and wonderful person, and we highly recommend this accommodation!

The guest house features family rooms. Ladario Studios has the best location in Sarti! The small isolated beach is a dream, quiet, perfect sand, perfect for a swim. We were here 8-12 Jun, not so crowded and comfortable for relaxing. We were on the ground floor of the house, we would get out of the room and we were straight on the beach. The room was extremely clean and stocked with towels, some kitchen ware, and toilet paper, AC. We had everything we needed for a simple vacation. The hosts were beyond kind and welcoming, attentive to our needs but also valued our privacy.
