The owners are incredibly nice people and hard at work to give you a good experience. It is a family property that goes back over 100 years, I am told. It has the feel of a very old place and that may turn some people off. But it was no issue for us. We loved being here and having some wonderful conversations with the owners. They are very good people!

View from the balcony was incredible and the location was perfect, near port, bus station and beaches.

One of the most beautiful and pleasant accommodations I have ever stayed in. A charming house on a mesmerizing hillside, sloping down to a small, wild and beautiful private beach. Several charming, clean, comfortable and cozy apartments, with breathtaking views. The entire property is immersed in olive, fig, pear, pine trees and bougainvillea. Alexandra and her daughter Anastasia are warm hearted and happy to help, yet there is plenty of privacy for guests. I felt like the writer Papadiamantis (who actually lived and wrote on the neighboring island of Skiathos), and I could see myself staying here for entire 6 more months. Thank you for creating such a unique place to share with guests.

Just a 5 min walk from the sea, along a flat dirt path under the trees. Perfectly quite, in a lovely garden with trees and flowers. No passing-by traffic, no noise at night, pleasantly cool, we did not even use the aircondition available. The Panormos beach is quite advantageous, you can swim in crystal-clear waters even when north winds blow, as it is protected by the hills around it. Plenty of excellent choices for food and drinks there, too, you don't really have to drive in order to get to a nice restaurant. All-in-all, Skopelos-Panormos-Spiros Rooms is a perfect coice for vacation. We stayed for 2 full weeks and regretted having to go ...

The property is well located near two of the best beaches on the island and a great restaurant with the an amazing view. The room was a total dream - cozy and well decorated. The breakfast was lovely - homemade with fresh, local ingredients (like jam of the fruit from their own trees!). Perhaps the best part was the private beach where we spent many relaxing hours. Cannot wait to return! Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Traditional style. Big and light room with very good air condition. Personaly loved the vintage balcony door with the lemon tree outside. The villa is quiet perfect to relax. The owner of the villa was very kind and responded quickly to our messages. We had a nice double balcony with a view of the sea as well. The location is ideal. Just 7 min walking from town.

The beautiful view and charming room and balcony is worth the climb through the charming traditional streets. Lovely Taverna near by, called Kastello Taverna, which our host recommended. Dina, the lovely host provided us with a bottle of wine as it was our honeymoon, and we had a beautiful time. Would shout and tell everyone about this, if I wasn't planning to come back myself!
