Located within the UNESCO-protected Plitvice Lakes National Park, in the picturesque Plitvica Selo, Plitvice Falls Cottage features air-conditioned rooms, free private parking and views of the surrounding countryside. Free WiFi access is available throughout the property. The rooms were big and very very very comfortable. With Ritual brand shampoos and nice-soft bedding, towels. The food you have to preorder and it was so fresh. Like from the farm. Organic! The cottage is a little far from the entrance 1 or 2 of the Plitvice Falls, but worth the money. As it is very peaceful. The host, receptionist was very service-oriented. When you travel with kids, you need nice people around.

Pansion Danica is located in Rastovača, in the Plitvice Lakes National Park. This air-conditioned property features a garden, a furnished terrace and BBQ facilities. Free WiFi access is available throughout and there is free on-site parking for guests with a vehicle. We booked the Deluxe Double Room with Balcony. It was very spacious with a lovely outlook across a grassy area where the pet goats wandered during the day. The room was exceptionally clean with a lovely bright decor. The beds were comfy. Parking was plentiful. It was great to leave the car at the property and it was only a short walk to Entrance 1 ready for a 7am entry to Plitvice National Park. It was definitely worth getting up early as we virtually had the park to ourselves before the buses started arriving around 9.30am Unfortunately we missed having breakfast but our evening meal was very tasty if a little expensive.

The Guesthouse Sara is located in Grabovac, about 6 km from the Plitvice Lakes National Park. It features a spacious terrace.

We had a very good stay at this property in order to visit the Plitvice national park, just 15km away. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Great pool to relax in the afternoon after visiting the national park in the morning.

Only a 15-minute walk from Plitvice Lakes in Mukinje, the traditionally built Villa Knezevic-completely renovated 2025 offers authentic Lika-style accommodation made from stone and wood. Free WiFi is available and free parking is provided. It was around a 25 minute trail walk to get to entrance 2. Location was really good and everything was clean and comfy. You can grab the buses 150mt away from the guesthouse to Zadar, Split, Zagreb. Staff were very nice and helpful. Loved everything about our stay here.

House Tina is situated in the peaceful village of Grabovac, a 10-minute drive from the UNESCO-listed Plitvice Lakes National Park. It features free WiFi and a large garden with a swimming pool.

We had a very pleasant stay at House Tina: spacious and clean room, comfortable beds, great people there, good services. We would stay there again, without hesitation!

The staff was very helpful and you have the opportunity for a fresh breakfast in the morning. Some nice forest trails near by for an early morning or evening walk. Highly recommended 👍
