They will always give their best smile and effort to help you around, and they have such a big heart! I compleatly adore them both. Imanuel took us over some places to visit like graveyards, ricefields, and funeral ceremonys, always giving us the best explanations of the traditions and advise on how to behave and dress for the ceremonys. The two of them made our stay so very special and authentic. I will never forget this amazing days in toraja.

We originally planned to stay shorter but ended up extending our stay because it felt like home! The homestay is simple but has everything you need - a lovely common space to relax, a balcony with a view of a traditional village, WiFi, tea, coffee, and drinking water. Breakfasts were delicious, and for most dinners, we stayed in—Meyske is an amazing cook! But it’s not just about the food; the homely atmosphere and great conversations made it even more special. On top of that, Meyske is a fantastic guide who made our experience unforgettable, helping us plan the perfect trip. Highly recommend!

There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. We spent two nights with Angel and his family. They were perfect guides. They took us to a funeral ceremony and we learnt a lot about Toraja culture. We definitely recommend you to stay with them! Thanks for being so generous with us :)

With pool views, this accommodation provides a balcony. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. - the host and his family are extremely nice people and we enjoyed talking to them and spending time with them. - very tasty food and the watermelon in the morning was great. - the surroundings are interesting and the boat trip was really worth the money ( when it got dark: bats coming out of the cave and the fireflies). - the host speaks good english and is motivated to improve the homestay and the experience of the guests - aks him to teach you dancing! maybe traditional dances? or at least this is what i would do if i would meet hin again :)
