Once we arrived he settled us in straight away and even drove us to the village as the property is slightly out the way to pick up some rain coats and food. Outside of that the home itself is so cosy and and relaxing. You hear nothing but the sound of nature.

We have stayed in beautiful homestays before, but this one was exceptional. The host family is very kind and welcoming. We enjoyed a wonderful cooking session with them. They gave us great recommendations for what to do and where to find good food. With their own unique and beautiful style they created a little oasis in the middle of Kumily. We enjoyed our time there very much. Thank you!

Green View offers an EXCELLENT value for the money. The location is close to everything while being in a quieter area. The hotel had the HOTTEST WATER we had on our three week trip in India - it was divine having a perfect, reliable steaming hot shower. The owner is also incredibly kind and honest. He helped us book tickets for local cultural events, gave us ideas of what to do in the city, and set up a car for us to go to Ft. Kochi after our stay. Everything he recommended had a great price -- in fact, we saved 1000 rupees when we booked our driver through him. The room was simple but spacious, and it had a fantastic balcony from which we were able to see the less common black monkeys.
