First and foremost the place was very clean. The landlord is very helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and the location was in a great area, easy to get around. Lovely garden included, plus AC, TVs, etc. Some great restaurants nearby. ❤️

Quiet place with comfortable apartments. Not very large but the washroom is amazing and we had everything we needed. 10 also to the great communication with the host. Parking, paid separately was also one of the highlights. Would definitely stay again.

J’ai eu l’occasion de séjourner une nuit dans cette chambre lors d’une escale, et je dois dire que l’expérience a largement dépassé mes attentes. Dès l’arrivée, j’ai apprécié la facilité d’accès et le parking situé juste devant l’immeuble, un vrai confort lorsque l’on voyage en voiture. La chambre elle-même était impeccable : d’une propreté irréprochable, très confortable et bien équipée. Le petit réfrigérateur, souvent absent dans ce type d’hébergement, a été un vrai plus très pratique. Dans le couloir commun aux chambres, tout est prévu pour un réveil simple et agréable : café, thé et autres petites attentions qui rendent le séjour encore plus plaisant. L’emplacement est également idéal : en seulement cinq minutes à pied, on rejoint le centre historique de Parme pour découvrir ses ruelles, ses monuments et profiter de son atmosphère vivante. Enfin, un mot particulier pour l’hôte, qui a été à la fois sympathique, accueillant et disponible. Sa bienveillance et sa réactivité ont vraiment contribué à rendre ce court séjour très agréable. En résumé, tout était parfait. Je recommande sans aucune réserve cette adresse, qui combine confort, propreté, emplacement idéal et accueil chaleureux.

Everything about this accommodation was lovely, new and comfortable. I stayed only for one night after a very long and tiring trip and Residenza via Verdi had all the conveniences I hoped for and more: it is located 3 minutes from the train station on foot, in a safe and clean building, and the unit itself is impeccably clean and beautifully kept. There was water and juice in the room and tea and coffee in the shared area, everything was very generously stocked and perfect. I was welcomed by two very friendly and hospitable gentlemen who made me feel very welcome and explained everything there was to know about the place. It was most appreciated to meet people who care about their business and do it with such skill and pride - much better than opening a door with a code, much more human. I recommend this perfect place warmly to other travelers.

Very clean and comfortable room with everything you need. Shared toilet with Salvatore, the host, but he only has one double bedroom for rent. Exceptional service from Salvatore who is very thoughtful and kind. He helped me find parking nearby as there is a two hour parking limit (parking metres) in the streets outside near the property.

The place is perfect, decorated with attention to detail. We regret not being able to stay longer. Beatrice was very kind and understanding. She gave us a lot of helpful tips.

I was passing through this beautiful area in Italy on business. I needed a place for the night. The way in which it's interior was designed, in a rustic style, was a pleasant surprise. Very tastfully done. Don't be discouraged by the narrow road to the place. For me it added to it's country charm in a very beautiful part of Emilia.
