Giorgia, the host and owner, is incredibly sweet and makes you feel right at home - it felt more like staying at her own house than a hotel. She even drove us to town and back the night we arrived. The rooms were beautifully decorated with antique furniture and had a well-stocked minibar. The garden and pool were lovely and relaxing, and it was easy to walk into town through her beautiful garden and the nearby escalators. You simply have to visit this place — it deserves more than a ten! I can’t wait to come back someday.

Comfortable Accommodation: Portica Homes Assisi in Assisi offers recently renovated guest house accommodation with family rooms. This is an exceptional accommodation right in the middle of Assisi. The owner was a delight and very helpful in regard to my questions l had. Communication was also of high quality through Whatsapp.The facilities are clean and very tastefully done. I would recommend highly.

L'hôte, qui tient un établissement Horeca, est véritablement chaleureux et jamais avare de conseils.

A wonderful room, carefully prepared down to every detail, with a warm and beautiful decor and spotlessly clean. The host was incredibly warm and kind, giving us all the best tips for places to eat and detailed instructions on how to reach the apartment. She even provided umbrellas since it was raining heavily that day. The room is in an excellent location, right next to a minimetro stop, making it very easy to get around the city using public transport.

Good communication with the host who is also very helpful. Super clean room, spacious and great aircon. Everything modern. Shower like a pressure washer, very nice. I also loved Foligno, even though it's not really a tourist destination. It made the perfect base, had a good vibe, great restaurants with good value for money and the best pistachio ice cream I had in my life. Slept like a baby in the comfy bed. Perfect location, close to everything including the station and bus stop. Would definitely stay again.

Located only 2 minutes drive from the waterfallr, the best way i can describe the room is, As close to a modern hotel room as you will ever find. It is really well decorated, 100% clean with a very comfortable bed, a good shower and lots of hot water. The complementary coffee was a nice touch, and having an electric kettle for the cup of tea was great. We reallyvenjiyed the outside area and having the table and chairs was great. There is plenty of offroad parking on the opposite side of the road. Delighted with our stay here.
