All the facilities are very new and clean, the hosts are very friendly and helpful even dropping us (myself and another guest) to the station (like a ten minute drive) ! Owner is Japanese but studied in the US as I understand so English is very much not a problem here. All staff speak Japanese too so issue for Japanese speakers either! This is a hostel, not a hotel, but as long as you allow that, it is one of the very best of hostel. I have stayed at many hostels across Japan, and even within Japanese standard (as you rarely miss here) it is very much one of the best, clean, great staff, all facilities are new and clean, all amenities available, toothbrush, towel, shampoo etc Very good experience, would recommend
