Where to start… This was without exaggeration the best stay we had so far in Japan! The room was excellent, with amazing view and the area was quiet but still walking distance to everything. Kevin was so kind, from before our trip until the very last minute. You can feel the Japanese hospitality the second you get in contact with Kevin. He even offered us a ride to the station with all our heavy luggage’s while he has a busy schedule. We also checked in earlier, our room was ready at 11:00, and we could check out at 12:00. This was luxury to us. We didn’t even ask for it but it was very welcome to say the least since we were a bit sick and jet lagged from our first days in Japan 😊. This whole experience exceeded way beyond our expectations! Wish we stayed longer in Kyoto. Arigato gozaimasu Hatsune Guesthouse 🙏🏼

Quiet and spacious room. The bed was really comfortable and I liked that I could control the temperature of the room. The facilities were clean too. Overall, it had a nice homey vibe :)

L’établissement 東山の宿 藤屋 se situe à Kyoto, à respectivement 1 km et 1,1 km de ces lieux d’intérêt : Gare de Gion-Shijo et Temple Kiyomizu-dera. -Strategic location to explore the historical Kyoto alleys and temples; a taste of daily life of the locals -The hosts’ hospitality was unbeatable, they really made the stay feel like a home away from home. Despite the unstable weather conditions I felt safe and enjoyed my tea time when there was need to stay indoors. -I received some sensible advice and was fortunate to be at the amazing 建仁寺 illumination experience which I had no idea before. -There was even a night tour, I learnt so much about the Geisha culture and had an unforgettable night view, the host’s passion for Kyoto was infectious.

L’établissement Azukiya se trouve à Kyoto, à respectivement 700 mètres et 1,2 km de ces lieux d’intérêt : Temple Shōren-in et Samurai Kembu Kyoto. We liked everything! Chieko is a wonderful host. Everything was clean. It's a wonderful experience to live in 100 year old Japanese home. And the breakfast was delicious! :) Thank you!

L’établissement 六根ゲストハウス Rokkon guest house bénéficie d’un emplacement de choix dans le centre de Kyoto. Very clean beautiful room. Host was lovely and made delicious breakfasts. About 8min walk to nearest subway station, walking distance to Nijo castle.

L’établissement 遥華-Haruka House bénéficie d’un emplacement de choix à Kyoto. Il comprend un jardin, une terrasse et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. We absolutely loved our stay at Haruka house! We felt very warmly welcomed by our hosts who gave us great tips for Kyoto and were very helpful and warmhearted throughout our stay. Couldn't think of a better place to stay in Kyoto. And of course the cats were adorable! The location was also very convenient near several public transportation lines to the key sights. The calm neighbourhood gave a great escape from the buzz of the city.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Location is in a residential area, making it a quiet respite after a whole day of sightseeing, while still being conveniently close to the center. Breakfast was also tasty and kindly brought into the room daily. Emiko-san and her family were very welcoming and accommodating. She even gave me a ride to Kyoto Station on my last day and always checked on me daily to see how I was. Very kind family. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

L’établissement 1 étoile Family Inn Kei 慶 bénéficie d’un emplacement stratégique dans le centre de Kyoto, à proximité de ces lieux d’intérêt : TKP Garden City Kyoto et Temple Sanjusangen-do. Super clean, check in/out process was easy, no doubt on the security, the location is near to Kujo Kawaramachi bus stop, Tofukuji station and only approx 1.2km from Kyoto station. Reception is very informative.
