Situé à Karabulak, l’établissement Kausar house possède un jardin, un salon commun, une terrasse et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite dans l’ensemble de ses locaux. I mostly recommend this guesthouse, with homey athomsphere, breakfast and dinner arrange in reasonable price, with generosity and family care. The first thing when I arrived was to offer me tea, bread.. sweats and tasty homemade jams were always on the table. I loved that village, you can easily walk on the hills and trails and enjoy the amazing nature all around.. there's a canal that runs in town and lower the temperature. You can witness there herds of sheep's and horses. for all these reasons I find Karabulak village more authentic and a better choice then Saty which is on flat surface and full with too much accomodations. I came for one day and stayed three days. Wonderful experience. and special thanks to sweet 13years old Kausar (the guesthouse is called by her name), while I was there the mother and her sisters were away, and she, together with her father, were cooking, preparing everything with love and care. It was great to witness her being so mature and caring. Thank you 🙏

The house was very modern and well designed. It offered lovely views and was equipped with all the necessary items. A small terrace served as a perfect spot for star gazing and admiring wild nature. The place was very quiet and secluded and at the same time you could reach the main street with shops and restaurants within a 10 min walk. Great location to discover the area. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Staying here was a truly unique experience, would love to come back one day.

I was given a warm welcome for my stay with this lovely family, treated like a guest with good meals. Their friendly home is well located between local attractions if you have your own car. I totally recommend it for you to enjoy a more local and authentic experience than any hotel!

We loved the welcoming family that manage the property. They make you fell at home. Although they do not speak in English you can easily communicate with them. The all inclusive formula is just perfect as in the village there is no such an offer in terms of restaurant. Highly recommend

L’établissement Уютный ночлег Иссыкские курганы se situe à Rakhat, à respectivement 46 km et 46 km de ces lieux d’intérêt : Vosmoye Chudo Sveta Water Park et Almaty Central Mosque. Excellent room, it's very large, a bedroom, big kitchen and entrance area on the second floor of the house. Woman, who is hosting and living downstairs is amazing, very friendly, she cooks breakfasts herself and they are incredibly tasty, she gave us lots of advice and told a lot about the area and people. The house is in the village area, so very quiet, nice garden, herbs and berries were local and fresh. There is parking on the property, and the property is actually located very convenient, close to several attractions, the lake, waterfalls and valleys. We stayed two nights but looking back would choose to stay longer and we will when we return someday. I highly recommend.

Very pleased with the communication before arrival, and upon arrival we felt welcome. The room is spotlessly clean and has everything necessary. Room size is good: with one double bed and one single bed still enough space to walk and put luggage. The yard is cozy and each room has a little terrace to eat outside.

Les chambres sont propres, le salon est agréable et le petit déjeuner est super ! La guesthouse se trouve à côté d’un petit restaurant pour le soir . Au top
