Special thanks to Mustafa for the wonderful hospitality! If I ever return to Fès, I don’t think I’d want to stay anywhere else.

Omaima was so kind and always attentive. She made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. She also took well care of us by getting breakfast for us as we had to go to different excursions very early. They also recommended places and how to do things in the medina. They accommodated us with an excellent service. You would not have the same personalised service in other big hotel. The hotel is traditional and authentic of the local culture. The proximity of the riad was really good. It is inside the Medina and close to everything. Overall, everything was excellent and we will choose the same hotel again. 200% recommended.

Our room was spacious, well furnished cozy and clean. We were provided with all the necessary stuff like towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer ect. The breakfast includes fresh orange juice, coffee, different flatbreads and was served on the terrace on the roof. Hamid (administrator) was really friendly, he provides us with all information we needed, was patient, very caring and sensitive. He helped us to choose and to book the tour, told us many interesting things about country and it's people.

A perfect place to start discovering the old and new city. Our host Nour was exceptionally helpful and kind. Ayoub provided us with all the help we needed and was very attentive. We had dinner once there and it was deliciously cooked. The room, bed and bad were comfortable and the house itself is beautiful and cared of with love. We got a wonderful guide recommendation on the spot and a good taxi shuttle from the airport.
