We had familiarized ourselves with the destination before the trip and understood that it was a special place. However, we could not have guessed just how wonderfully unique it would be. The warmth, service, humor, and the overall experience were incredible. This was also reflected in the guests. We had never experienced such a sense of community before. We pondered for a long time about what might be the reason for this, and eventually, we figured it out. It all stems from the hospitality, kindness, and helpfulness of Mama Yati and Papa Mas. They create a magical atmosphere that resonates not only with the guests but also with the entire staff.
