The staff were very kind and helpful, the rooms were clean, big, beautifully placed in the big property. I loved that my chalet was in front of a large patch of pandan, and it smelt wonderful. The chalet is located away from the main town square and that made it much quieter-something that I really wanted. Overall, I will definitely be coming back and staying here.

We stayed 2 nights, and he was always helping and informing us about the flood situation which was very helpful for us. Unfortunately we did not see much of the inner jungle of Taman Negara. But if the floods wouldn't had been at this time we would have had a great time at Hana Guesthouse!
